All services are performed by trained technicians who will assist with helping each customer determine what services are needed. We specialize in Remote computer services. Using the Remote computer services there's no need to ever leave your home or office.
Labor Rate applies to any service that does not have a listed fee (below).
Computer Diagnostics fee is waved if you have us perform the required work/service.
Repairs are usually done within 2 business days and all work comes with a 90 day guarantee.
Our services include:
- Either over the phone or in person, we offer professional computer/home network diagnostic services. We will assist you in determining what services are needed.
- Technicians will scan and remove all virus, spyware and malware.
- Check system for exsisting anti-virus sorftware. Make any needed recommendations.
- Format the hard drive and reload the operating system restoring the system to original factory settings.
- Data back up/recovery includes backing up of requested document files, pictures, email, address book and any other requested data files. Once computer is formatted files are restored to the hard drive.
- Set up and configure wireless router.
- Configure computer(s) to connect to wireless router.
- Configure wireless router and computer(s) with Security encryption.
- Set up file and printer sharing allowing all devices access to a central printer or shared files.
- Delete all temp files
- Fix registry errors
- Optimize Start-up files
- Adjust browser settings for maximum performance
- Ensure Anti-virus software is up to date
- Set-up new computer
- Register with Microsoft
- Set-up Internet connection and email program
- Advise on wanted/un-wanted software that comes pre-installed
- Install system memory
- If you live in the Sedalia area, pick-up and delivery is FREE
